成庄矿瓦斯抽采钻孔联管装置优化设计

Study on Borehole Pipe Connections Optimized Design of Gas Drainage in Chengzhuang Coal Mine

摘要:

针对成庄矿现行的瓦斯抽采钻孔联管装置存在的笨重、易腐蚀、易积水,联管时人为因素影响较大的问题,设计一种新型瓦斯抽采钻孔联管装置,该联管装置主要包括孔口流量控制阀、伸缩管件、变径接头,均采用矿用PVC材料以及抗静电橡胶,可适应钻孔高度的变化、可适应钻孔间距的变化、可适应钻孔角度的变化、可适应巷道变形以及孔口流量调节功能。与现行的联管装置相比具有质量轻、联管速度和效率明显提高、抗腐蚀、有效防止管路积水和煤渣堵塞。

Abstract:

For current mining pipe connections of gas drainage in Chengzhuang coal mine has much defects,such as bulky, perishable, easy to water, larger human factors when pipe connections, a new type of gas drainage pipe connections is proposed, this deceive includes orifice flow control valve, the telescopic tube member, adjustable joints, are used PVC material and antistatic coal mine rubber and can adapt to changes in drilling height, can be adapted to changes in the borehole spacing, can be adapted to borehole angle changes, the roadway deformation ,it also has the function of orifice flow regulating Compared with the current pipe connections, it has a light weight, pipe connecting speed and efficiency significantly improved, anti-corrosion, effectively prevent the pipeline clogging of water and cinder.
